📦 Shipping Methods

We use a variety of trusted courier services depending on your location and the size of your order. Couriers are selected to ensure secure, insured transit for each shipment.

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the item and your location.

For items over 50kg, please contact us directly at info@soundcycle.co.uk for a custom shipping quote.

All shipping services include full insurance for the value of your item.

⏱️ Handling Time

We ship all orders within 1 working day of purchase confirmation.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

• UK Orders: Delivered within 3 working days
• Europe: Delivered within 7 working days
• Rest of World: Typically delivered within 10+ working days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.

💰 Customs & Import Duties

All items are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

This means any import taxes, customs duties, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure about potential fees.

📦 Insurance & Signature

All shipments are fully insured for their total value during transit.

In most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your order.

🛠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@soundcycle.co.uk. We will work with the courier and you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Policy

At Sound Cycle, we take pride in thoroughly inspecting, testing, and accurately listing all used pro audio equipment available for sale. We aim to provide as much detail as possible in every product listing to ensure complete transparency. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the listing description carefully or contact us for further clarification on an item’s condition before making a purchase.

That said, we do offer a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your item is not as described.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and components included.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and notified within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or not as described.

🚚 Return Shipping & Responsibility

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you believe your item was not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any import duties or taxes incurred when returning the item to Sound Cycle.

When returning an item, it must be securely packaged in the same packaging used for delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the equipment is returned safely and in the same condition it was received. Additional charges may be applied if further damage occurs during return transit.

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 7 working days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.

📩 Starting a Return

To begin a return, please email us at info@soundcycle.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos if necessary. We’ll guide you through the next steps from there.

Warranty

All used pro audio equipment sold by Sound Cycle is sold as-is, with no manufacturer’s warranty unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

While we do not offer extended warranties, we guarantee that:

• Each item is fully tested and functional before sale.
• All known faults or cosmetic issues are clearly disclosed in the listing.

If an item arrives non-functional or not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
